Beach or Mountains?

Choosing between the beach and the mountains is always a tough decision for me. It’s because I find myself drawn to both of them for different reasons. When I’m on the beach, I feel a sense of calmness and relaxation. The sound of the waves hitting the shore, the salty breeze, and the warm sand beneath my feet are all a part of an experience that is so soothing to my soul. I can lay on the beach, listen to music, and enjoy the sun for hours on end.

On the other hand, spending time in the mountains is a completely different kind of adventure. The fresh air, the picturesque views, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature is what makes the mountains so unique and exhilarating. Hiking through the mountains and discovering the hidden gems along the way is an experience that is truly unparalleled. There’s something about being up in the mountains that makes me feel alive and present in the moment.

All in all, choosing between the beach and the mountains isn’t an easy choice for me. It depends on what I’m in the mood for and what kind of experience I’m seeking at the moment. Both the beach and the mountains have their own unique charm and appeal that I can’t help but be drawn to.

New Obsession

Hey Everyone!

I just wanted to give you guys a quick update on my new obsession right now!

I have been watching a lot of Korean shows on Netflix and I have absolutely fallen in love. They are amazing and every episode captures my attention, especially two that I keep re-watching over again because I cannot get enough.

One of the shows you guys have to check out is Alchemy Of Souls. It is incredible. Not only is the show amazing, but the music matches the scenes perfectly. Also, Netflix has the option to let you can watch it in English if you wish. Go check it out! The cast brings the characters to life, and I honestly get lost in the show. Also, the one male lead who is in the show can sing and came out with a solo album in 2023, which is incredible. Hwang Min Hyun who plays Seo Yul, has an amazing voice, and I have been listening to his music non-stop for the last two weeks. He definitely has talent. I have listened to some of his songs on repeat several times every day (at least 20 times a day), but I can’t get enough. I play it while I am working and I love it. Two of my favorites are Hidden Side and Smile. 🙂 The choreography to Hidden Side is fascinating to watch as well! Check him out if you want!

Anyway, Alchemy of Souls led me to Hwang Min Hyun, and then he led me to another one of his shows called Live On. I also fell in love with that show. It is so captivating, and I sometimes forget I have other things to do. (while watching both shows). I will put the link down below for the Live On show because it is not on Netflix, but you can watch it with English subtitles. I honestly don’t mind watching a show entirely in Korean. But Hwang Min Hyun’s music and shows are my obsession right now. I don’t mind. He is also starring in another show in July, which I am looking forward to seeing!

My October Mini Vacation :)

Hey Everyone!

I hope you guys are having a great fall so far! It has been a little crazy because I have been off and on again sick, but about two weeks ago I went on a mini vacation for my birthday! It was absolutely amazing and beautiful! I went to Vail, Co, and it was perfect fall weather. There was a town village, and everyone brought dogs. I was able to do some hiking and see a beautiful garden. I have pictures that I will post below because again, it was beautiful! If you guys get a chance, definitely add Vail, Co to your list, especially The Sebastian Vail, which is where I stayed because it was gorgeous!

After a nice long day at the beach, relax and enjoy the sunset by the pool!

Are you looking to plan a trip for the 2022 year, then why not take a London trip! You can stay at the beautiful five-star hotel called Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. I have to warn you though, it can be a bit pricey, but if you’re going to do London right, you have to stay at a fancy hotel. This luxury hotel features exquisite rooms that make you feel like you are living in a castle. It also includes a luxurious pool and spa, along with a fitness center. The hotel also has incredible dining options that couples or friends can enjoy! So if you are looking to relax and have some fun in London, stay at the Mandarin Oriental!

January 2021 Update

Hey everyone!

I know it’s a little late, but happy New Year! I hope that 2021 will be a better year for all of us!

So, do you guys remember the paint by number kits I talked about a couple of weeks ago?! Well, I finished the two fairly quickly than anticipated. I didn’t think I would complete the one in time for Christmas, but I did, and I was able to gift it to one of my family members. I did the other one for myself, but I’m still surprised it didn’t take me weeks to finish. Honestly, though, it was a lot of fun, and it was relaxing. I have one more to complete that I am halfway done with, but I will definitely order more in the future.

If you guys are looking for a fun, relaxing, stress-free thing to do to pass the time, try a paint by numbers kit! They have them available at Amazon and are cheaper, but I would recommend a frame. I did not buy one with a frame, which was a mistake, so I ended up having to buy one, which cost more.

This is the one I painted for myself 🙂

Not sure what I’m going to do when I’m done with my third paint by numbers kit. However, I am still doing school work, which I’ll probably do for another year. I am into my senior classes, which is nice. I am also a part of an Honors Society for academic achievement and just received another honor society nomination and membership for my school work.

Napa Valley Resort Trip

Calling all wine lovers! If you are looking for an escape for a few days, then the Vista Collina in Napa, California, is a great idea, especially if you love to drink wine! Not only do guests get to sip and taste different kinds of wine, but you can also relax at the spa. The resort is beautiful and has an outside pool where you can take a swim or dip your toes in. The resort also has incredible dining options, including being able to eat outside. You can even take a cooking class or enjoy some time by the outdoor fireplace! It is also an excellent option as a gift for wine lovers!

November 2020 Update

Hey Everyone! I hope you guys are doing well and keeping busy!

It has been quite a while since I have done a monthly update. I have just been busy with college coursework and getting some stuff done. However, I am excited because I have a few things to look forward to in the next couple of weeks!

I finally decided to buy a new laptop, even though I didn’t want to spend the money. Unfortunately, I need a faster and better laptop for school. I pre-ordered the new Mac Air, and it should be arriving in the next two weeks! I am super excited to have a laptop that does not take twenty minutes to load a page. I never had a Mac Air before. I currently have a Mac Pro, so I am interested in comparing them.

I also decided to try paint by number, which is supposed to be relaxing and stress-free, so I am excited to attempt painting. I believe it takes a few weeks to arrive, which means I’ll probably start it in December.

And of course, the last thing I am looking forward to is Thanksgiving and the holiday season! Even though things will be a little different this year, Christmas is still a fun holiday! I love baking, listening to music, and setting up decorations! I will also have the new paint by number project to enjoy, which I’m sure will take me a while to complete. And my family also got tickets to the virtual Trans-Siberian Orchestra event to watch on December 18th! If you haven’t already, you should definitely get tickets! They are only $30! The show is fantastic! Hopefully, you guys can find something to entertain you this holiday season!
